  • Once items are removed from the plastic, they should be consumed within 48 hours

I first learned about your company from listening to AJ Benza's fantastic podcast, Fame is a Bitch where he sang your praises consistently and I just HAD to make an order.
The quality one finds in the groceries stores here in, So CA is abhorrent.
My husband passed away in 2023 but was a professional chef and he would have really loved the quality of your product line.
My daughter and I channel him (Chef LaRue) every time we get in the kitchen to cook up one of your products. We particularly love the skirt steaks.

All I have to say is the beef flavor shines through! You definitely don't want to over-cook these, and make sure you cut across the grain or you will be disappointed...but you probably already know that!
