For over 100 years, our chopped beef blends have followed the LaFrieda family recipe, using only specific whole muscle cuts. We chop our meat fresh every night at very cold temperatures to keep it coarse and to prevent it from getting overworked or pasty. Available in any size, from 2 oz sliders to 10 oz burgers, we form our patties with a low-pressure press equipped with a proprietary noodle textured fill system custom-built for us.
