Fresh Meat Products - Final Sale
Due to the perishable nature of fresh, hand-cut meat, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once products have been shipped. Quality issues should be addressed within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a credit or replacement. We cannot be held responsible for product that has been frozen.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers once your order has been shipped, but we will always work with you to resolve issues where possible.
