This all natural 100% grass fed Australian Rack of Lamb is elegant and delicious. This lamb is raised specifically for us without the use of hormones or antibiotics. Our chefs love these because the wonderful flavor and size are extremely consistent from rack to rack. Each rack is approx. 28oz and serves 2-3 people.

We celebrated Christmas with a rack of lamb which was perfect for the two of us. We agreed that it was the best lamb we have had. Browned the lamb, let it cool, then coated it generously with seasoned bread crumbs. Baked it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Simply great.
Nice flavor not gamey.l little too much fat on the bone. Good value and arrive well packaged and fresh.
