John C. I have bought prime dry aged steaks from several purveyors for over two decades, and none is better than LaFrieda. I particularly like to choose the length of aging, instead of settling for an undisclosed time frame. They also offer a close trim, unlike some 12 oz.strips from a competitor that had at least 2 oz. of fat. There is a reason they are a top supplier to upscale steakhouses.
