It all began in Naples, Italy where my great grandfather lost a quarrel in front of a butcher shop. The butchers took a liking to him and offered him a job. By 1915, he opened his first shop in Brooklyn, NY. Three generations later, my family’s passion for the trade lives on.

Teriyaki Ingredients: Beef, Teriyaki Sauce (Soy Sauce (Water, Wheat, Soybeans, Salt), Sugar, Vegetable Oil (Soybean and/or Canola), Onion, Sesame Seeds, Garlic, Ginger Puree (Ginger, Water), Expeller Pressed Sesame Oil, Ginger), Sweetener (Cane Sugar, Honey), Teriyaki Seasoning (Dextrose, Salt, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Sugar, Spices, Extractives of Onion, Garlic, and Spices, Sodium Erythorbate), Less than 2%: Sesame Seed, Salt, Onion, Garlic, Cultured Celery Powder and Sea Salt.
