This premium blend of beef, veal, and pork (Black Angus Beef, Milk-fed Veal and Hampshire Pork) is ideal for making meatballs or meatloaf but is versatile enough to make almost anything requiring chopped meat such as burgers, chili, or Bolognese sauce. We use the same chopping technique that made LaFrieda the first name in burgers — whole muscle cuts of fresh, never frozen meat sourced from small family farms.

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE
- Meatball/Meatloaf Mix ships fresh, never frozen, uncooked, and with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- When you receive your order you should immediately refrigerate all meat items
- We recommend that you eat all meat products within 1 week of arrival for best results
- Once items are removed from the plastic, they should be consumed within 48 hours
