This package includes:

  • 2 Prime 30 Days Dry-Aged Porterhouse Steaks (20oz each)
  • 2 Prime 30 Days Dry-Aged Boneless Ribeyes (20oz each)
  • 2 Prime 30 Days Dry-Aged Bone-In NY Strip Steaks (16oz each)

 

INSTRUCTIONS / STORAGE:
  • Steaks/ship fresh, never frozen, uncooked, and with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • When you receive your order you should immediately refrigerate all meat items
  • We recommend that you eat all meat products within 1 week of arrival for best results
  • Once items are removed from the plastic, they should be consumed within 48 hours

  • Items are prepared fresh and shipped directly from the shop
  • Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors ships Monday-Friday of each week.

AGED!!!

I'm blessed enough to be able to order steaks in different provisions from all over. I have tried many companies that state their steak is aged. And when you get it there's no hit of it being aged at all. You can't smell it. You can't taste it. When I got the aged steaks from Pat LaFrieda, It was exactly what I was hoping for. And they have other options for steaks that were aged even longer. I can't wait.

We usual pay at least $80 each for an aged steak that’s only 14-16oz at restaurants. While we prefer ribeyes, this porterhouse is packed with flavor and a pleasure to eat. I have them as gifts this year. Will keep coming back for this one.
