Robert G. We celebrated Christmas with a rack of lamb which was perfect for the two of us. We agreed that it was the best lamb we have had. Browned the lamb, let it cool, then coated it generously with seasoned bread crumbs. Baked it in the oven for about 20 minutes. Simply great.
