LaFrieda’s Short Rib Burger Blend is made from short rib, brisket, chuck, and shoulder clod of American Black Angus Beef. This award winning blend has a rich, short rib flavor and is one of our favorites. This versatile blend tastes great cooked to any level of doneness.

  • Meat Beef

Ingredients

Maldon or another flaky sea salt
(about ½ tablespoon
per pound of meat)

Freshly ground pepper (black
pepper or a blend of red, white,
and black)

  • 1 8-ounce patty formed 1 inch high 4-inch diameter.
  • When forming burger patties, roll the portions into balls, and gently pat them into patties.
  • Place your burger in a skillet or on a grill,
  • Cook it over high heat.
  • Until charred crust on the outside without overcooking
  • Use a thermometer to achieve desired result

Rare: 120° to 125°F

Medium-rare: 125° to 130°F

Medium: 130° to 135°F

Medium-well: 135° to 140°F

Well: 140° to 145°F

  • Burgers ship fresh, never frozen, uncooked, and with ice packs, may thaw in transit
  • When you receive your order you should immediately refrigerate all meat items
  • We recommend that you eat all meat products within 1 week of arrival for best results
  • Once items are removed from the plastic, they should be consumed within 48 hour

Short rib burger

Burgers were delicious. We have tried all the burger blends and they are all delicious. We don't get burgers out anymore because they can't compare to these burgers.

I’m having a relationship with both the short rib n the dry aged 8 oz burger’s why?

I’ve been getting the 6 oz size dry aged burgers for years then upgraded to the 8 oz size dry aged burgers they make amazing gifts cuz I am a firm believer that food is the perfect way to reach 1ns soul with love is to nourish your loved ones n friends n it triggers amazing conversations with great wine n sides ,
I’ve not tasted the short rib blend n have fallen in love it was like I do with the dry aged I add a EVOO or Kerry Gold salted butter fried over ez egg ok both the short rib n dry aged burgers r my 2 favorites i season them with a mix of fresh ground pepper n Kosher salt n garlic powder n pat n then grill nufff said add fresh ripe avocado n tomato n whole grain mustard or Dijon mustard or spicy mustard n or add some Gorgonzola blue cheese n dry sauté mushrooms n then remove water after there cooked n a pinch toss truffle sea salt n truffle oil to the mushrooms n enjoy a burger with a bottle of Napa Cabernet nufff said maybe watch some Netflix enjoy
