  • When you receive your order you should immediately refrigerate all meat items
  • We recommend that you eat all meat products within 1 week of arrival for best results
  • Once items are removed from the plastic, they should be consumed within 48 hours

Premium meat

Steaks and roasts trimmed right, educating those of us not knowledgeable about cuts and grades of meat by explaining to the home cook what they are getting, excellent customer service, meats are fresh and shipped fresh and cold quickly across the country. In summary this establishment has expert skill in selecting, preparing, and presenting high-quality meat while adhering to food safety standards. This is the old time butcher shop I remember as a kid in my neighborhood - I depend on Pat LaFrieda's expert team to deliver what I want and they do EVERY TIME. I don't buy meat any longer from anyone else. (Please try the sausage's and burger blends! You'll be hooked.)
