Each month, our butchers hand-select a collection of standout cuts that showcase the quality, craftsmanship and variety Pat LaFrieda is known for.

August’s Signature Meat Collection brings together five distinct favorites for the grill:

(Two) 20oz Prime Dry-Aged Porterhouse - A classic steakhouse cut combining the rich flavor of a NY Strip with the tenderness of Filet Mignon, elevated through our dry-aging process.

(Two) Prime 850 Dry-Aged Ribeye, Bone-In - Reserved from the highest levels of USDA Prime, with exceptional marbling and the concentrated flavor that comes from dry aging.

(Two) 10oz USDA Prime Hanger Steaks -  Deeply beefy, incredibly flavorful and one of the butcher’s favorite cuts.

(Two) 12oz USDA Prime NY Strips - A steakhouse essential with the ideal balance of tenderness, marbling and bold beef flavor.

(4) 6oz Original Blend Burgers - The signature Pat LaFrieda burger blend that helped put our burgers on the map.

From an impressive dry-aged Porterhouse to burgers on the backyard grill, August’s collection gives you something exceptional for every kind of summer cookout.

Ships fresh, never frozen
Vacuum sealed (for freshness) with ice packs (may thaw slightly in transit)
Refrigerate immediately upon arrival at 32 to 36°F
Best enjoyed within 7 days unopened
Once opened consume within 48 hours
Can be frozen for longer storage
