  • When you receive your order you should immediately refrigerate all meat items
  • We recommend that you eat all meat products within 1 week of arrival for best results
  • Once items are removed from the plastic, they should be consumed within 48 hours

SKIRT STEAKS YUMM

I generally buy strips and skirt steaks from Pat L. The skirt steaks are so good, I'm starting to lean towards more skirt steaks than strips. Last weekend my daughters and sons in law were home and I served skirt steaks with a marinade that I turned into a sauce. My wife, the hard marker in the family, went on and on how good the skirt steaks were. I reminded her they were from Pat L and she said "They were so good." And one of my daughters said that she may have to think about skirt steaks more in the future.

Tender! So much flavor.

You would think it would be easy to find good skirt steak in California with so many great uses for it. I remember great skirt steak cuts growing up in Jersey. My mom batting her eyes at the butcher probably helped. Pat LF skirt steaks are perfect. Not long and uneven and fatty, but just the right length and uniform thickness. So tender and I didn’t do anything special- just great salt and M-H cast iron. Glad I bought 2 packs. Coming back for more.

Best beef purveyor in the USA!

I recently purchased some steaks and skirt steak to grill along with some beef jerky. All products arrive on time, packed correctly so no spoilage and the meats were fresh and beefy. The skirt steak was a standout as it was thick, great bloom, and juicy cooked on the grill. Always a good experience buying beef from Pat LaFrieda Meats.
