Jim F. Beef at its Best!! Tomahawk smoked @ 170 degrees to 120 degrees internal, removed & rested - increased heat to 500 degrees then seared 4 minutes (1 min. Per side Interval). Hit with FalkSalt & Truffle butter. Stay home & Grill!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸
