These 5" single bone short ribs are perfect for a barbecue or braising. Unlike the back ribs, the short ribs have their meat on top of the bone instead of in between the bones. These individual ribs are 5" long and 3" wide with a good 1-2" of meat above the bone.

The Most Flavorful Bite Ever!

The short ribs were braised in a red wine reduction… one of my guest said …He was upset during his meal because it was coming to an end! He couldn’t get enough!


Responded over a month ago and never got a response!
I Ordered/paid for 2-each Prime Porterhouse steaks, I received 2-
T-Bone steaks. Filets were only 1 1/2” wide at thickest position. Any one who thinks this is a Porterhouse portion is not correct and should be educated on standards for USDA butchering!
Very disappointed, have purchased several times over the years same cut and also other products as well.
So sorry but I can’t recommend this product and or This Company.
